A car is very useful to get to the ski lift.
We really enjoyed the skiing in the four valleys especially the vallon D'Arby run
and the run off the back off the Greppon Blanc.

For adventurous skiers the run from the top of the Greppon Blanc over the back to Eteygeon is a classic!

'Our second visit and once again everything superb!
Fantastic peaceful place with outstanding views from this quietly located apartment.
Everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Thoughtful touches with videos,dvds,cds games and books etc and lots of local information.
Restaurants bar and supermarket just a short stroll away.
Excellent value and service offered by the owners Clare and Rosie with great communication.
Re trips: A car would be highly recommended as there is so much to see and do in the area.
Had a wonderful trip up the cable car from Fiesch (about an hour and 15mins drive)
to the top of Eggishorn to see the Aletsch glacier - such a majestic site.
Also would highly recommended a trip up the Gornegrat railway from Zermat to get spectacular views
of Swiss alpine meadows and at the top the best view possible of the Matterhorn.
Good facilities at the top including a small Mall!
Plenty of good shopping in Sion too with a lovely winery 'Gironde', just outside Sion, en route to the apartment
offers tasting in the shop, selling their own wines and tours if you wish.
Many thermal baths within an hour's drive which are well worth trying.

Your property has the most breathtaking views in addition to being well furnished, clean and comfortable providing extras such as books, games and DVDs!
The balcony is perfect for eating, reading and relaxing.
We made the most of beautiful walks along the bisses behind the chalet; marvelled at looking down to the valley floor; watched the sky for the ravens and falcons along with numerous hang-gliders;
daughter loved the abundance of butterflies too.
There were loads of places within easy driving - Zermatt and the Matterhorn,
St Bernard's Pass into Italy, Saas Fee, Sion and more...too many to mention!
