Prices are for the apartment per week, not per person.
They include parking space, air conditioning, heating and cleaning of apartment.
Prices quoted are in Sterling, the currency in which payment will be made. Details of how to pay will be given once availability of dates has been confirmed.

We do not provide any form of travel insurance cover and recommend that you take out you own travel insurance

We can also arrange car hire for you if you need it.

Booking notes:

Changeover on any day can normally be accommodated. Arrival after 4pm, departure by 10am.

A 50% non-returnable deposit is payable on booking with the balance due 6 weeks before the holiday.

In the event of cancellation less than 6 weeks beforehand the whole amount will be due.

A returnable security deposit is payable with initial deposit
